Chelsea fans who made the 7,000 mile round trip to see their side's UEFA Conference League win over Astana have received a commemorative gift.

Approximately 500 Chelsea fans travelled to Kazakhstan on Wednesday to see their side claim a 3-1 victory in sub-freezing temperatures. As a thanks for their dedication, the Blues have given those supporters a commemorative keyring as a gift.

The club tweeted: "Over land and sea. A commemorative keyring for the Chelsea fans who have made the trip to Almaty for tonight's #UECL match. #CFC."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
This match was the furthest Chelsea have ever travelled for a European game, with the Almaty Ortalyk stadium a whopping 3,485 miles from Stamford Bridge. The journey from London would have taken at least 10 hours but at least fans got to see their beloved side extend their perfect record in this season's competition.

Chelsea fans will not have to travel anywhere near as far for their next game as Enzo Maresca's side host London neighbours Brentford on Sunday in the Premier League.
